Hosted by the NAAAP National and the NAAAP Boston chapter, the Leadershp Convention featured over 700+ rising and established API leaders, speakers, and visionaries. Avidbits’s design goal was to create a distinctive brand for the 2023 Leadership Convention “Unifying Visionaries” and make attendees feel empowered, included and inspired when they attended the event. 

NAAAP Boston shared a Pinterest board with Avidbits and provided references of downtown Boston with the neon city lights and purple-crimson sunsets. Avidbits illustrated the cityscape in a stylized way so that significant buildings were featured including: the Prudential Tower and the The Leonard P. Zakim Bunker Hill Bridge. The lightbulb element symbolizes professionals regardless of industry and career to come together and take their career or business to the next level.
